Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et un système pour générer des impulsions de pression pour améliorer et finir un puits de forage à l'intérieur d'un ensemble de tubage enroulé comprenant : un outil CT-MWD-FTD positionné longitudinalement et axialement à l'intérieur du centre d'un ensemble de soupape principale incluant une soupape principale. Le fluide de forage est ensuite divisé en un flux principal de fluide d'entrée et un flux de fluide pilote, le flux de fluide pilote s'écoulant par la suite de telle sorte que le fluide pilote se recombine avec le flux d'écoulement principal pour devenir un écoulement de fluide de sortie principal. L'écoulement de fluide de sortie principal se poursuit ensuite vers un carter de moteur dans lequel un ou plusieurs capteurs de pression annulaires mesurent la pression de l'écoulement de fluide avec des capteurs qui envoient des signaux à un Processeur de Signal Numérique (DSP) qui commande des dispositifs d'étranglement d'écoulement qui génèrent de grandes impulsions d'énergie rapides, réglables et mesurables.
