Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé qui permet la formation directe de solution de type gel de polyglucosamine à un pH neutre de 7 à 8, supprimant la nécessité d'une dissolution préalable de polyglucosamine en milieu acide, et sur une association liquide homogène de polyglucosamine-glyoxylate dans de l'hyaluronane. L'invention porte également sur l'utilisation de ces solutions dans le traitement d'affections articulaires telles que l'arthrose.
