Abstract
Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant d'accroître la quantité d'au moins un acide aminé essentiel dans une charge liquide, le procédé comprenant l'inoculation d'une souche de Bacillus dans une charge liquide et la charge liquide obtenue par ledit procédé ainsi que des souches de Bacillus subtilis spécifiques appropriées à ces fins.
