Abstract

Un système disolation sert à la rénovation dun toit ou des murs dun bâtiment. Le système de rénovation comprend une première couche de matériau isolant se prolongeant de manière transversale aux pannes, aux entretoises et aux membrures et sur le dessus de la structure existante de toit ou de mur ainsi quune pluralité déléments de pont se prolongeant longitudinalement comportant chacun une surface supérieure et une surface inférieure. Le système comprend également une pluralité déléments espaceurs se prolongeant orthogonalement qui compriment la première couche de matériau isolant à proximité des éléments espaceurs et permettent à la première couche disolant autrement non comprimée de sétendre entre les éléments espaceurs. Le système comprend également une deuxième couche disolation se prolongeant sur la surface supérieure des éléments de pont où une pluralité de pinces de panneau comportant chacune une patte de pince de panneau sont disposées sur le dessus de la deuxième couche disolation et sont fixées à lélément de pont et les pattes de pince sengagent avec les bords latéraux du toit ou des panneaux muraux dans la formation dune jointure étanche.
