Abstract

L'invention porte sur une cartouche (10) contenant une dose (12) d'au moins une substance telle que du café moulu, laquelle cartouche peut être utilisée dans la préparation d'un produit liquide, par exemple, à l'aide d'un liquide et/ou de vapeur introduits dans la cartouche (10), et laquelle comprend une paroi latérale (140), une paroi inférieure (142), à travers laquelle ledit produit liquide est apte à s'écouler à partir de la cartouche (10), et une paroi (16) pour fermer la cartouche (10) au niveau de l'extrémité opposée à ladite paroi inférieure (142). La paroi latérale (140), la paroi inférieure (142) et la paroi de fermeture (16) comprennent un matériau compostable après l'utilisation de la cartouche. Soit la paroi inférieure (142), soit la paroi de fermeture (16), soit les deux, se désintègre(nt), pendant le compostage, plus rapidement que ladite paroi latérale (140). En outre, ou en variante, soit la paroi inférieure (142), soit la paroi de fermeture (16), soit les deux, est(sont) reliée(s) à la paroi latérale (140) par une liaison pouvant être dissoute pendant le compostage. De cette façon, pendant le compostage, la dose usagée (12) n'est plus retenue à l'intérieur de la cartouche (10), ce qui accélère la désintégration, et, par conséquent, le compostage, de la paroi latérale (140).
