Abstract

Un système de méthanisation flottant pour le traitement et la transformation des boues deaux usées municipales ou de toute autre matière putrescible en biogaz et en engrais liquide par digestion anaérobie. Plusieurs bioréacteurs cylindriques flottants consécutifs presque entièrement immergés dans leau baignent longitudinalement dans un bassin thermiquement isolé pour le maintien de températures établies, et mélangent leur contenu en effectuant des rotations motivées par de lair éjecté dun conduit se trouvant sous eux. Le gaz produit par méthanisation de déchets organiques fournit une source de chaleur et sa pression est utilisée pour le fonctionnement de tout le système. Le système comprend deux nouveaux types de valves, une valve orientable et une valve rotative, ainsi que différents types de nouvelles pompes, soit une pompe dentrée, des pompes dévacuation à valves orientables, des pompes à air, des pompes hydrauliques, des pompes à membranes rotatives, de même que des échangeurs de chaleur et des moteurs à vapeur rotatifs. Un réseau double de tuyaux est fourni pour acheminer lengrais aux utilisateurs.
