Abstract

Une cellule unitaire à pile à combustible comprend une plaque MEGA avec un cadre en résine et deux séparateurs. Un trou de collecteur de gaz est formé dans une partie de bord externe du cadre en résine. Il est prévu une partie formant un trajet découlement de gaz avec une forme en creux et en saillie sur la première surface du cadre en résine pour former des trajets découlement de gaz entre le trou de collecteur de gaz et la première surface du MEGA. Une partie de liaison par fusion est également formée pour entourer une périphérie du trou du collecteur de gaz afin de couper la circulation de gaz entre le trou du collecteur de gaz et la seconde surface du MEGA et pour coller le cadre en résine et le second séparateur lun avec lautre, sur la deuxième surface du cadre en résine de manière à passer à travers une partie arrière de la partie formant un trajet découlement de gaz. La partie de liaison par fusion est formée à partir dune première résine et la partie formant un chemin découlement de gaz est formée à partir dune seconde résine dont le point de fusion est plus élevé que celui de la première résine.
