Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés de fabrication de récipients en carton à partir d'ébauches en carton ayant des films rétractables fixés à celles-ci. Dans un mode de réalisation, un procédé de fabrication d'un récipient peut comprendre l'application d'un adhésif autour d'un substrat en carton ayant des premier et deuxième bords opposés l'un à l'autre et des troisième et bords opposés l'un à l'autre, l'adhésif entourant au moins partiellement une zone sensiblement exempte d'adhésif. Un film rétractable peut être fixé au carton avec un adhésif afin de fabriquer une ébauche en carton. Le film rétractable peut être configuré de façon à se rétracter d'une certaine quantité le long d'un premier axe par rapport à une autre quantité le long d'un second axe, qui est perpendiculaire au premier axe, sous un rapport supérieur à 1:1. Les troisième et quatrième bords peuvent être superposés pour former une paroi latérale qui peut comprendre une surface interne qui comprend le film rétractable. Un panneau inférieur peut être fixé à la paroi latérale au niveau du deuxième bord ou à proximité de celui-ci.
