Abstract

Des segments de contenus de programmation et de non-programmation de remplacement peuvent être ciblés, par exemple sélectionnés en partie sur la base d'un ou plusieurs critères de sélection associé(s) au consommateur de contenu de diffusion multimédia, ou fourni(s) par le diffuseur ou par le webdiffuseur. Une technique de mise en tampon peut être employée pour ajuster de manière intrinsèque le caractère asynchrone entre une diffusion ou une webdiffusion et une diffusion multimédia personnalisée. L'insertion effective de segments de contenu vidéo de remplacement peut se produire en amont du dispositif d'un consommateur de contenu ou au niveau du dispositif du consommateur de contenu.
