Abstract

L'invention concerne une prothèse dentaire, obtenue à partir d'une ébauche prothétique, en une ou en deux parties, qui se compose d'un matériau couleur gencive et d'un matériau couleur dent (32), en particulier chacun étant à base de matière plastique. La prothèse se caractérise par le matériau couleur dent (32) de l'ébauche (10) qui au stade d'ébauche présente une taille supérieure à une arcade dentaire humaine, cette dernière mesurant en particulier au moins 8 cm de large. L'invention se caractérise en outre en ce que le matériau couleur gencive et le matériau couleur dent (10 et 32) sont fortement solidarisés, que ce soit par fabrication monobloc, par collage ou par polymérisation, en particulier par polymérisation. L'interface entre les matériaux, vue dans la direction du contour de l'arcade dentaire, est conçue ondulée et, vue dans la direction vestibulaire, ladite interface est conçue en rayons.
