Abstract

Un ajout pour réduire le bruit fait par une charnière de porte de garage en intégrant deux rondelles Delrin ou moulé par injection de plastique dur placées entre deux moitiés de charnières glissées sur le barillet de charnière. Cela offre un point d'articulation à frottement réduit, qui retient un lubrifiant. Une autre amélioration est de tenir le barillet en place et de réduire le problème du barillet se déplaçant latéralement. L'amélioration arrêtera ou réduira significativement le bruit en trop de la charnière de porte de garage lorsque la porte de garage bouge et offre une exploitation fluide de la charnière.
