Abstract

La présente invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés de traitement de régurgitation de valve tricuspide. De manière spécifique, un aspect de la présente invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés pour identifier un emplacement approprié sur l'anneau tricuspide, placer un fil à travers l'anneau tricuspide audit emplacement identifié, déployer un ancrage tissulaire à travers ledit emplacement identifié, déployer au moins deux ancrages tissulaires et accoupler les ancrages tissulaires à un élément de tension souple, et appliquer une tension à un élément de tension souple qui est accouplé à au moins deux ancrages tissulaires, plisser des tissus entre chaque paire des au moins deux ancrages tissulaires, et réduire la circonférence de l'anneau tricuspide. En conséquence, un jet de régurgitation est réduit ou éliminé.
