La présente invention concerne une particule pseudo-virale, dans laquelle un complexe petite molécule-protéine est piégé, assurant la formation du complexe petite molécule-protéine dans des conditions physiologiques, tout en protégeant ledit complexe petite molécule-protéine pendant la purification et l'identification. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation d'une telle particule pseudo-virale pour l'isolement et l'identification de complexes petite molécule-protéine.
