Abstract
L'invention concerne un polypeptide de chaîne lourde d'immunoglobuline isolé et un polypeptide de chaîne légère d'immunoglobuline isolé qui se lient à une protéine codée par l'immunoglobuline de cellule T et la protéine 3 de mucine (TIM-3). L'invention concerne également un agent de liaison à TIM-3 qui comprend le polypeptide de chaîne lourde d'immunoglobuline et le polypeptide de chaîne légère d'immunoglobuline précités.
