Une botte de patin qui comprend une enveloppe extérieure et une doublure intérieure fabriquée à partir dun premier matériau et comprenant une surface extérieure montée sur la surface intérieure de lenveloppe extérieure, une surface intérieure conçue pour entrer en contact avec le pied du joueur ou une chaussette qui couvre le pied du joueur, une partie prévue pour la cheville qui comprend une zone intérieure médiale-supérieure et une zone intérieure latérale-supérieure ainsi quun revêtement qui couvre, au moins en partie, soit la zone intérieure médiale, soit la zone intérieure supérieure de la partie de la doublure interne prévue pour la cheville. Le revêtement en question est fabriqué à partir dun deuxième matériau ayant une résistance au frottement supérieure à celle du premier matériau de la doublure intérieure.
