Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé intégré de récupération de la fraction de fer précise à partir du minerai de fer de faible qualité, comprenant les étapes suivantes : broyer 14 et classer 36/39 pour obtenir une fraction classée appropriée pour une flottation grossière et une fraction classée appropriée pour un enrichissement fin; soumettre la fraction appropriée pour une flottation grossière à une flottation grossière 40 pour obtenir un concentré de fer intermédiaire 42 et un résidu de sable grossier 44; broyer le concentré intermédiaire à une taille appropriée pour lenrichissement fin; et soumettre des fractions appropriées pour un enrichissement fin à un enrichissement fin 46 et obtenir un concentré de fer final 48 et un résidu fin 50.
