Abstract

A method for establishing an interaction relationship, and an interaction terminal. The method comprises: a first terminal sending an interaction requirement to a server, to acquire a set of second terminals that are located at distances within a preset range of the first terminal; the first terminal selecting a target second terminal and sending an interaction request to the server, to acquire a data set; the first terminal selecting target data from the data set, and then acquiring target data permission or acquisition method information to achieve data interaction on the basis of the target data; the first terminal sending notification information to the server to allow the server to establish, upon receipt of the notification information, an interaction relationship between the first terminal and the selected target second terminal. 1. A method of establishing interaction relationship between a first terminal and a selected second terminal through a server for reducing repeated searching in an ecommerce transaction, applied in the first terminal, the method comprising:
delivering an interaction requirement to the server for improving search efficiency and accuracy based on specific filtering criteria, to obtain one group of second terminals, when the first terminal does not know which second terminal to connect with in a network database of the ecommerce transaction, wherein the interaction requirement includes at least the second terminal's location within a pre-set range from the first terminal;
selecting the selected second terminal from the group of the second terminals delivered by the server, wherein the server includes data of second terminals and provides curation results in efficient searching and reduces unnecessary searching, wherein the second terminals in the group satisfy filtering criteria in the interaction requirement regarding to the second terminal's location within a pre-set range from the first terminal;
delivering an interactive request to the server for requesting data list of the selected second terminal, wherein the data list of the selected second terminal includes at least one target data;

Date Recue/Date Received 2023-01-05 obtaining an authority or an ownership of the target data by using the target data or an obtaining method of the selected second terminal when selecting the target data from the data list of the selected second terminal to obtain an exclusive right or the right to use of the target data, wherein obtaining the authority or the ownership of the target data is the server no longer has the target data, and the target data is downloaded, saved, or added to the database of the first terminal, wherein the target data and the obtaining method of the target data is a network electronic certificate that integrates an information of a target commodity/service and a plurality of necessary functions of the ecommerce for target commodity/service provider; and delivering notification to the server, after the first terminal obtains the target data of the selected second terminal, to enable the server to establish an interaction relationship between the first terminal and the selected second terminal through the server to reduce repeated searching.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the one group of second terminals includes an identifier of the second terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the identifier of the second terminal includes identification information.
4. The method of any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the identifier of the second terminal includes an identifier of a device.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the target data is the information about an Object Credit Certificate.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the target data is the information about the obtaining method of Object Credit Certificate.

7. The method of any one of claims 5 to 6, wherein the Object Credit Certificate is configured a network electronic certificate that integrates the information of a target commodity/service and the plurality of necessary functions of the ecommerce for target commodity/service provider.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the information of the target commodity/service includes commodity attribute information.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the commodity attribute information includes the commodity's name.
10. The method of any one of claims 8 to 9, wherein the commodity attribute information includes the commodity's price.
11. The method of any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein the information of the target commodity/service includes settlement information of provider's receiving account.
12. The method of claim 6, wherein the obtaining method of Object Credit Certificate is configured a link address of a web page containing the Object Credit Certificate function for providing target commodity / service information and ecommerce functions.
13. The method of any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the server stores the data of each second terminal including the target data in advance.
14. A method of establishing interaction relationship between a first terminal and a selected second terminal through a server for reducing repeated searching in an ecommerce transaction, applied in the server, the method comprising:
receiving a plurality of data lists of second terminals from a plurality of second terminals with specific filtering criteria to improve search efficiency, wherein the plurality of data lists includes target data;
Date Recue/Date Received 2023-01-05 searching second terminals as required by an interaction requirement for improving search efficiency and accuracy based on specific filtering criteria, when the first terminal does not know which second terminal to connect with in a network database of the ecommerce transaction, wherein the interaction requirement is delivered by the first terminal and includes at least the second terminal's location within a pre-set range from the first terminal;
delivering one group of the required second terminals to the first terminal, in the ecommerce transaction, to enable the first terminal to select the selected second terminal from the group of the required second terminals directly to improve search efficiency and accuracy, wherein the second terminals in the group satisfy at least one of filtering criteria in the interaction requirement acquiring and delivering data list of the selected second terminal directly to reduce repeated searching, when receiving an interactive request from the first terminal; and establishing an interaction relationship between the first terminal and the selected second terminal to reduce repeated searching when receiving notification delivered by the first terminal, after the first terminal obtains the target data of the selected second terminal, wherein the first terminal obtains an authority or an ownership of the target data by using the target data or an obtaining method of the selected second terminal at the same time, wherein the first terminal obtains an exclusive right or the right to use of the target data, wherein obtain the authority or the ownership of the target data is the server no longer has the target data, and the target data is downloaded, saved, or added to the database of the first terminal, wherein the target data and the obtaining method of the target data is a network electronic certificate that integrates an information of a target commodity/service and a plurality of necessary functions of the ecommerce for target commodity/service provider.

15. The method of claim 14, wherein the interactive request is delivered to the server when the first terminal selects the selected second terminal from the group of the second terminals.
16. The method of any one of claims 14 to 15, wherein the one group of the required second terminals includes an identifier of the second terminal.

18. The method of any one of claims 16 to 17, wherein the identifier of the second terminal includes an identifier of a device.

20. The method of any one of claims 14 to 18, wherein the target data is the information about an obtaining method of Object Credit Certificate.
21. The method of any one of claims 19 to 20, wherein the Object Credit Certificate is configured a network electronic certificate that integrates the information of a target commodity/service and the plurality of necessary functions of the ecommerce for target commodity/service provider.
22. The method of claim 21, wherein the information of the target commodity/service includes commodity attribute information.
23. The method of claim 22, wherein the commodity attribute information includes the commodity's name.

28. An interactive terminal of establishing interaction relationship between a first terminal and a selected second terminal through a server for reducing repeated searching in an ecommerce transaction, the interactive terminal comprising:
a sending module configued to deliver an interaction requirement to the server for improving search efficiency and accuracy based on specific filtering criteria, to obtain one group of second terminals, when the first terminal does not know which second terminal to connect with in a network database of the ecommerce transaction, wherein the interaction requirement includes at least the second terminal's location within a pre-set range from the first terminal;
a request module, configured to:

Date Recue/Date Received 2023-01-05 select the selected second terminal from the group of the second terminals delivered by the server, wherein the server includes data of second terminals and provides curation results in efficient searching and reduces unnecessary searching, wherein the second terminals in the group satisfy filtering criteria in the interaction requirement regarding to the second terminal's location within a pre-set range from the first terminal; and deliver an interactive request to the server for requesting data list of the selected second terminal, wherein the data list of the selected second terminal includes at least one target data;
a selection module configured to select the target data from the data list of the second terminal to obtain an authority or an ownership of the target data by using the target data or an obtaining method of the selected second terminal when selecting the target data from the data list of the selected second terminal to obtain an exclusive right or the right to use of the target data, wherein obtain the authority or the ownership of the target data is the server no longer has the target data, and the target data is downloaded, saved, or added to the database of the first terminal, wherein the target data and the obtaining method of the target data is a network electronic certificate that integrates an information of a target commodity/service and a plurality of necessary functions of the ecommerce for target commodity/service provider; and a notification module configured to deliver notification to the server after obtaining the target data of the selected second terminal, to enable the server to establish an interaction relationship between the first terminal and the selected second terminal through the server to reduce repeated searching.
29. The interactive terminal of claim 28, wherein the interactive terminal is configured the first terminal.

42. An interactive terminal of establishing interaction relationship between a first terminal and a selected second terminal through a server for reducing repeated searching in an ecommerce transaction, the interactive terminal comprising:
a receiving module configured to receive a plurality of data lists of second terminals from a plurality of second terminals with specific filtering criteria to improve search efficiency, wherein the plurality of data lists includes target data;
a searching module configured to search second terminals as required by an interaction requirement for improving search efficiency and accuracy based on specific filtering criteria, when the first terminal does not know which second terminal to connect with in a network database of the ecommerce transaction, wherein the interaction requirement is delivered by the first terminal and includes at least the second terminal's location within a pre-set range from the first terminal;
a delivery module configured to deliver one group of the required second terminals to the first terminal, in the ecommerce transaction, to enable the first terminal to select the selected second terminal from the group of the required second terminals directly to improve search efficiency and accuracy, wherein the second terminals in the group satisfy at least one of filtering criteria in the interaction requirement; and Date Recue/Date Received 2023-01-05 an acquisition module configured to acquire data list of the selected second terminal directly to reduce repeated searching when receiving an interactive request from the first terminal;
wherein the first terminal obtains an authority or an ownership of the target data by using the target data or an obtaining method of the selected second terminal at the same time, wherein the first terminal obtains an exclusive right or the right to use of the target data, wherein obtain the authority or the ownership of the target data is the server no longer has the target data, and the target data is downloaded, saved, or added to the database of the first terminal, wherein the target data and the obtaining method of the target data is a network electronic certificate that integrates an information of a target commodity/service and a plurality of necessary functions of the ecommerce for target commodity/service provider.
43. The interactive terminal of claim 42, wherein the interactive terminal is configured the server.
44. The interactive terminal of any one of claims 42 to 43, wherein the delivery module is further configured to deliver data list of the selected second terminal.
45. The interactive terminal of any one of claims 42 to 44 further includes a notification module.

The interactive terminal of claim 45, wherein the notification module is configured to establish an interaction relationship between the first terminal and the selected second terminal when receiving notification delivered by the first terminal to reduce repeated searching, after the first terminal obtains the target data of the selected second terminal.
47. The interactive terminal of any one of claims 42 to 46, wherein the one group of the required second terminals includes an identifier of the second terminal.
