De plus, l'invention concerne un polynucléotide codant pour la construction d'anticorps, un vecteur comprenant ledit polynucléotide et une cellule hôte transformée ou transfectée avec ledit polynucléotide ou vecteur. Un procédé de production de la construction d'anticorps selon l'invention, un usage médical de ladite construction d'anticorps et un kit la comprenant sont en outre décrits.
