Abstract
La présente invention concerne des anticorps monoclonaux contre la protéine PD-L1 (programmed cell death 1 ligand), qui peuvent bloquer la liaison de PD-L1 à PD-1, et par conséquent bloquer la fonction inhibitrice de PD-L1 sur les lymphocytes T exprimant PD-1.
