Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de récupération de l'argent à partir d'un concentré d'or contenant de l'argent ou d'un autre matériau contenant de l'argent. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : (i) facultativement rebroyer le matériau d'entrée contenant de l'argent ; (ii) facultativement traiter le concentré d'or rebroyé avec de l'acide sulfurique ou un autre acide aqueux dans une étape d'acidulation ; (iii) ajouter de l'oxygène, de l'eau et/ou de l'acide à la suspension concentrée acidulée et les faire réagir ensemble dans un autoclave à une pression et une température élevées dans une étape d'oxydation sous pression ; (iv) traiter la suspension concentrée oxydée dans une étape de conditionnement post-oxydation sous pression ; (v) appliquer une première étape de séparation solide/liquide et de lavage, comprenant au moins une étape parmi une étape d'épaississement, une étape de lavage par décantation à contre-courant (CCD), et une étape de filtration et de lavage, pour former une première suspension lavée/un premier solide lavé et des premières solutions contenant de l'acide ; (vi) faire réagir la première suspension lavée/le premier solide lavé avec du dioxyde de soufre (et facultativement de l'acide sulfurique et/ou de l'eau) dans une étape de lixiviation réductrice ; (vii) appliquer une seconde étape de séparation solide/liquide et de lavage, comprenant au moins une étape parmi une étape d'épaississement, une étape de lavage par CCD et une étape de filtration et de lavage, pour former une seconde suspension lavée/un second solide lavé et des secondes solutions contenant de l'acide, les première et seconde solutions contenant de l'acide pouvant être recyclées vers les étapes d'acidulation et/ou d'oxydation sous pression ; et (viii) appliquer une étape de nettoyage de surface facultative, pour produire un matériau contenant de l'argent à broyage libre, qui peut faire l'objet d'une cyanuration classique pour récupérer l'argent à partir de celui-ci.
