Abstract

Un outil de pose de ruban de cloison sèche servant à appliquer un ruban revêtu de boue aux espaces de joint de panneaux butés d’une cloison sèche est identifié comme un Banjo dans l’industrie de la construction. Cette conception de Banjo est ergonomique, légère, elle présente des mécanismes intégrés de coupe de ruban et de marquage d’angle et un bloc de retenue automatique. Un rouleau de ruban est chargé sur le Banjo, le ruban est fileté dans une fente arrière du ruban, dans le réservoir de boue, sort d’une fente avant du ruban, le réservoir de boue est rempli, le loquet de porte est fermé. Le poseur de ruban applique le ruban revêtu de boue à l’espace de joint et active le mécanisme de coupe. Une fois le ruban coupé, le bloc de retenue empêche automatiquement le ruban revêtu de boue de revenir dans le réservoir de boue. Ainsi, le poseur de ruban peut facilement remettre le ruban à l’état initial pour l’appliquer au prochain espace de joint. En activant le mécanisme de marquage d’angle intégré, le poseur de ruban peut couvrir les joints intérieurs également.
