Abstract
Dans un processus destiné à revêtir la surface extérieure d'un tube hélicoïdal, le tube hélicoïdal passe par : une étape de préparation de surface ; une étape d'application d'adhésif ; une étape d'extrusion (dans laquelle le tube hélicoïdal passe dans une matrice conjointement avec un écoulement de matériau de revêtement fondu) ; et une étape de refroidissement (ou de solidification de revêtement). Dans un processus destiné à chemiser le tube hélicoïdal, une chemise tubulaire constituée d'un matériau élastiquement déformable sélectionné, et ayant un diamètre extérieur plus grand que celui du trou de tube hélicoïdal, est acheminée à travers des rouleaux ou des matrices afin de déformer élastiquement la chemise radialement pour diminuer son diamètre extérieur à moins que le diamètre de trou de tube hélicoïdal La chemise radialement déformée est introduite dans le tube hélicoïdal puis amenée à revenir élastiquement radialement, de telle sorte que la surface extérieure de la chemise est poussée en contact avec la surface intérieure du trou de tubage hélicoïdal.
