Abstract

L'invention concerne une cassette de biopsie pour corrélation de données multi-modales inter-système. La cassette comprend un boîtier comprenant une section supérieure et une section inférieure, la section supérieure pouvant être couplée à la section inférieure dans une orientation fixe l'une par rapport à l'autre lorsqu'elle est fermée. L'une ou les deux parmi les sections supérieure et inférieure sont au moins partiellement transparentes à des modalités d'imagerie d'intérêt sélectionnées qui sont utilisées pour obtenir des données d'imagerie du tissu enfermé dans le boîtier. Un système de coordonnées locales est positionné et fixé par rapport à la cassette de façon à être dans un champ de vision et visible par rapport aux modalités d'imagerie d'intérêt sélectionnées et configuré pour fournir une corrélation entre les modalités d'imagerie d'intérêt sélectionnées.
