Abstract

La présente invention concerne une stimulation au moyen de EA de LI-4, LI-11, GV-14 et GV-20 chez les humains, les chevaux et les rongeurs entraînant la mobilisation des MSC dans la circulation systémique. L'invention décrit des procédés permettant d'augmenter les cellules souches mésenchymateuses dans le sang circulant d'un mammifère en mettant en contact les points d'acupuncture LI-4, LI- 11, GV-14, et GV-20 du mammifère avec une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace de stimulation EA afin de mobiliser les MSC dans le sang circulant du mammifère. L'invention décrit également des procédés permettant de traiter un tissu lésé, en particulier des tendons lésés. L'invention concerne également des cellules souches mésenchymateuses isolées fabriquées selon ces procédés, des procédés d'isolement de ces dernières, et des banques de cellules souches qui les stockent.
