Abstract

La présente invention concerne un bloc réfrigérant généralement formé sous la forme d'un parallélépipède rectangle. Le bloc réfrigérant comporte une première face et une deuxième face qui sont mutuellement parallèles, chaque face comprenant un moyen de fixation conçu pour être fixé de façon amovible à la face d'un autre bloc réfrigérant généralement façonné sous la forme d'un parallélépipède rectangle, configuré pour créer une grille formant une pluralité d'espaces ouverts. L'invention concerne en outre un système de grille de bloc réfrigérant pour une pluralité d'articles. Le système comporte une pluralité de blocs réfrigérants de différentes longueurs, chaque bloc réfrigérant comportant au moins une fente s'étendant sensiblement à mi-chemin sur la largeur du bloc réfrigérant, et chaque bloc réfrigérant étant dimensionné de sorte que la fente puisse chevaucher la largeur d'un autre bloc réfrigérant et être verrouillé ainsi dans une configuration perpendiculaire de façon à former un motif de grille formant une pluralité d'espaces pour recevoir des articles devant être refroidis.
