Abstract
L'invention concerne un équipement, des processus et des produits de fabrication additive de forme libre, y compris des bâtiments résidentiels, commerciaux et autres. Selon l'invention, une extrudeuse mobile place un extrudat qui se solidifie dans un espace ouvert pour créer "un échafaudage" ou "des ossatures" de bâtiments et d'autres produits. Des éléments d'extrudat allongés sont fusionnés les uns aux autres ou raccordés par un autre moyen pour former une structure cellulaire. Un matériau de remplissage, tel qu'une mousse isolante polymère, peut être placé simultanément ou par la suite dans la structure cellulaire pour obtenir des propriétés souhaitées de résistance, de rigidité, d'isolation, barrière ou d'autres propriétés. Des matériaux de finition peuvent également être appliqués.
