Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de prétraitement de substrat, comprenant (a) un rinçage d'activation pour traiter au moins une partie d'un substrat comprenant une dispersion de particules de phosphate métallique ayant une taille de particules D90 qui n'est pas supérieure à 10 µm, le phosphate métallique comprenant des métaux divalents ou trivalents ou des combinaisons de ceux-ci ; et (b) une composition de prétraitement pour traiter au moins une partie du substrat traité avec le rinçage d'activation, comprenant des ions de zinc et des ions de phosphate, la composition de prétraitement étant sensiblement exempte de nickel.
