Abstract

Cette invention concerne des modes de réalisation d'une méthode et d'un système de caractérisation de l'affection cutanée d'un utilisateur pouvant comprendre un ou plusieurs des éléments suivants : un réseau de gestion servant à collecter des récipients contenant du matériel biologique provenant d'un ensemble d'utilisateurs, le réseau de gestion comprenant un système de séquençage pouvant être utilisé pour déterminer des séquences de micro-organismes par séquençage du matériel biologique; un système de caractérisation du microbiome servant à : déterminer des données de composition du microbiome et/ou des données de diversité fonctionnelle du microbiome en fonction des séquences des micro-organismes; recueillir des données supplémentaires associées à l'affection cutanée auprès de l'ensemble des utilisateurs et convertir ces données supplémentaires et les données de composition du microbiome et/ou les données de diversité fonctionnelle du microbiome en modèle de caractérisation; et un système à visée thérapeutique permettant de promouvoir un traitement de l'affection cutanée auprès de l'utilisateur en fonction de la caractérisation de l'utilisateur obtenue à l'aide du modèle de caractérisation lié à son affection cutanée.
