Abstract
Il est décrit une variété de systèmes et de méthodes pour la formation d'un produit dans la plage de températures d'ébullition de lubrifiant, y compris l'exposition d'une partie à plus de 316 °C (600 °F) d'effluent hydrofractruré à un catalyseur supporté dans des conditions d'hydrogénation efficaces pour former un effluent hydrogéné. Le catalyseur supporté comprend de 0,1 % à 5,0 % massique d'un métal noble de groupe VIII et de 0,3 % à 2,5 % massique d'oxyde d'aluminium déposé sur le support de silice, le catalyseur supporté présentant un rapport d'atomes d'aluminium des sites tétraèdres aux sites octaèdres d'au moins 1,0. La méthode comprend également le décirage de l'effluent hydrogéné dans des conditions de décirage catalytique pour former un effluent déciré et l'hydrofinissage d'au moins une partie de l'effluent déciré dans des conditions d'hydrofinissage pour former un effluent hydrofini comprenant un produit dans la plage de températures d'ébullition de lubrifiant.
