Abstract

La présente invention concerne une table de cuisson (1) comprenant un élément de support (2) présentant une surface supérieure (2a) et une surface inférieure (2b) ; au moins une zone de cuisson (3) qui est configurée pour recevoir un élément de chauffage au niveau de la surface supérieure (2a) ; une ouverture d'aspiration (5) permettant d'aspirer les fumées de cuisson ; un conduit d'aspiration (7) en communication fluidique avec l'ouverture d'aspiration (5) ; des moyens d'aspiration (18) associés à l'ouverture d'aspiration (5) et permettant d'aspirer les fumées de cuisson à travers l'ouverture d'aspiration (5) et le conduit d'aspiration (7) ; un plateau de collecte (19) situé en dessous de l'ouverture d'aspiration (5) pour collecter des liquides s'écoulant à travers l'ouverture d'aspiration (5) ; et une pluralité d'éléments magnétiques (21), qui sont fixés au plateau (19) pour un accouplement magnétique à l'élément de support (2).
