Abstract
Un train de recyclage à froid en place comprend une fraiseuse, un réservoir dalimentation de ciment asphaltique, un mécanisme pour distribuer le ciment asphaltique sur un matériau de pavage qui a été retiré de la route par la fraiseuse, une pompe à ciment asphaltique pour pomper le ciment asphaltique du réservoir dalimentation dans et à travers un circuit de flux de ciment asphaltique au mécanisme de distribution. Un appareil de chauffage est interposé dans le circuit de flux de ciment asphaltique entre le réservoir dalimentation et le mécanisme de distribution. Lappareil de chauffage comprend un radiateur et un composant de modification de chaleur. Le radiateur comprend un serpentin pour ciment asphaltique dans le circuit de flux et un brûleur adapté pour diriger des gaz de combustion chauds sur le serpentin. Le composant de modification de chaleur est conçu pour moduler le transfert thermique des gaz de combustion chauds acheminé au ciment asphaltique dans le serpentin.
