Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de commande de mise en mémoire tampon de données pour un réseau de communication comprennent un tampon disposé au niveau d'un site de destination, et un dispositif de commande. La mémoire tampon est configurée pour mettre en mémoire tampon des données reçues à un débit de réception de données par le site de destination pour une distribution par le site de destination à un utilisateur à un débit de distribution.
