Abstract

L’un des objectifs de la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de culture permettant de produire efficacement des spores bactériennes Bacillus. La présente invention propose un procédé de production de spores bactériennes Bacillus, comprenant la culture de bactéries Bacillus dans un milieu liquide contenant un sucre ou une matière première source de sucre à une concentration comprise entre 50,1 et 100 g/L au début de la culture, puis, au cours de la culture, l’ajout d’un milieu alimenté par lots contenant un sucre ou une matière première source de sucre et un composé azoté, et ayant un rapport pondéral (rapport C/N) des atomes de carbone aux atomes d’azote compris entre 5,5 et 13,5 au milieu liquide.
