Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions comprenant des nanoparticules polymères, ainsi que des méthodes d'utilisation de ces dernières. Les nanoparticules polymères peuvent être conjuguées avec un ligand à rôle de ciblage qui constitue un substrat pour une protéine cellulaire spécifique d'une tumeur solide. Les nanoparticules polymères peuvent également comprendre un composé de type agent d'imagerie et/ou un agent thérapeutique encapsulés dans la partie interne hydrophobe de la nanoparticule. L'invention concerne également une composition thérapeutique contre le cancer comprenant la nanoparticule. Les nanoparticules de l'invention peuvent être utilisées pour cibler des cellules cancéreuses et leur faire parvenir des composés de type agent d'imagerie et/ou thérapeutiques, ce qui permet d'identifier et/ou de traiter une cible cellulaire appartenant à une tumeur solide. L'invention porte également sur des méthodes de traitement du cancer, tel que le cancer du poumon, à l'aide des nanoparticules polymères.
