Abstract

Selon un aspect, l'invention concerne un procédé de conversion de déchets thermoplastiques en produits gazeux et liquides hydrocarbonés. Le procédé comprend : le placement dans un réacteur d'une quantité de thermoplastique à convertir ; la dépressurisation du réacteur pour éliminer l'air ; le remplissage du réacteur avec un gaz inerte ; la soumission de la quantité de thermoplastique à une source d'arc de plasma thermique fonctionnant à un profil de température sélectionné pendant un temps de séjour présélectionné pour produire un produit gazeux ; l'envoi du produit gazeux à travers au moins un condenseur ; et la collecte d'une fraction liquide condensée à partir du produit gazeux dans l'au moins condenseur.
