Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés de fabrication d'un article mis en forme écologique. Dans un mode de réalisation le procédé comprend l'usinage d'une feuille comprenant du caoutchouc granulaire à l'intérieur d'une matrice polyoléfinique en une pluralité de particules pour former un mélange de rebroyés ; et le traitement du mélange de rebroyés à une température élevée dans un moule pour former ledit article mis en forme, l'article mis en forme présentant un mélange sensiblement plus uniformément dispersé dudit caoutchouc granulaire à l'intérieur de la matrice dudit article mis en forme qu'à l'intérieur de la matrice de ladite feuille ou des particules du mélange de rebroyés.
