Abstract

Il est décrit un siège. Sa fourniture, aux utilisateurs en situation de handicap ayant des exigences de soins posturaux spécifiques, d’une position assise dans laquelle l’inclinaison d’un siège est ajustable, est connue. L’inclinaison de certains sièges existants peut être ajustée au moyen d’une disposition de câbles. Toutefois, les câbles peuvent être exposés. Ils peuvent également devenir endommagés et nécessiter entretien ou remplacement. La présente invention a pour but de remédier au moins partiellement à ce problème en fournissant un siège comportant un dossier, une base pour la réception du postérieur d’un utilisateur humain, et un dispositif de réglage d’inclinaison. Le dispositif de réglage d’inclinaison comporte un arbre, un levier, un suiveur et une armoire. L’arbre peut être déplacé pour tourner le levier afin d’entraîner l’engagement de verrouillage ou le désengagement de verrouillage du suiveur avec l’armoire, la disposition étant telle que, lorsque le suiveur est dans la disposition déverrouillée, l’armoire peut se déplacer pour ajuster l’inclinaison du dossier et de la base.
