Abstract
La présente invention concerne un segment de crible (10) d'un dispositif de criblage destiné à séparer ou à classer de la matière de chargement, notamment des matières broyées minérales comme du sable pétrolifère, en au moins deux fractions granulométriques. Le segment de crible (10) comporte une plaque de base (12) sensiblement en forme de crible munie d'une pluralité de passages de crible (14). Au moins une unité de protection contre l'usure (24) est montée sur la plaque de base (12), laquelle est constituée d'un matériau composite matriciel métallique qui possède une garniture de protection contre l'usure (34) en un métal dur et/ou en céramique. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un segment de crible (10) d'un dispositif de criblage destiné à séparer ou à classer de la matière de chargement, notamment des matières broyées minérales comme du sable pétrolifère, en au moins deux fractions granulométriques. Le segment de crible (10) comporte une plaque de base (12) sensiblement en forme de crible munie d'une pluralité de passages de crible (14) et le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : positionnement d'une garniture de protection contre l'usure (34) en un métal dur ou en céramique dans un moule de fonderie en vue de mouler une unité de protection contre l'usure (24), moulage de l'unité de protection contre l'usure (24) de telle sorte que la garniture de protection contre l'usure (34) soit au moins partiellement enveloppée par le matériau de moulage de l'unité de protection contre l'usure (24) et montage de la garniture de protection contre l'usure (34) sur la plaque de base (12).
