Abstract
La présente invention concerne une formulation en forme de suspension aqueuse comprenant du citrate de calcium, de la gomme xanthane et de l’acide lactique. La formulation présente d’excellentes caractéristiques de stabilité et de conformité et est utile comme supplément de calcium chez les sujets qui en ont besoin. Un récipient souple de dose unique est décrit, lequel contient une dose unique d’une préparation pharmaceutique d’un supplément nutritif comprenant la formulation de l’invention. La formulation et le récipient sont utilisés pour les sujets qui ont besoin de suppléments de calcium, qui peuvent aussi être des patients atteints de maladies liées à la perte de masse osseuse, de préférence sélectionnées dans le groupe contenant l’ostéoporose, les fractures, les syndromes de la diarrhée chronique, l’hypertension et le cancer du côlon.
