Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'ordonnancement , de tri et/ou de focalisation de particules dans un premier système de canaux microfluidiques, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à i) la fourniture d'un premier canal microfluidique comprenant au moins une première et une seconde entrée et une première sortie, ii) l'injection d'un premier fluide dans le canal à travers ladite première entrée,iii) l'injection d'un second fluide dans le canal à travers ladite seconde entrée, la viscosité du premier fluide étant supérieure à la viscosité du second fluide, de telle sorte que les deux fluides s'écoulent de manière laminaire non mélangés côte à côte, et l'un des deux fluides comprend les particules devant être ordonnées, triées et/ou focalisées. L'invention concerne également un système de canal microfluidique comprenant i) un premier canal microfluidique comprenant au moins une première et une seconde entrée et une première sortie, ii) un premier fluide,iii) un second fluide, la viscosité du premier fluide étant supérieure à la viscosité du second fluide, de telle sorte que les deux fluides peuvent s'écouler d'une manière laminaire non mélangée côte à côte, et l'un des deux fluides comprend des particules devant être ordonnées, triées et/ou focalisées.
