Abstract
Une cartouche pour mesurer une ou plusieurs caractéristiques dun échantillon de sang est décrite. La cartouche comprend un corps de cartouche, dont une surface supérieure définit un puits de stockage de léchantillon. Une partie supérieure du puits reçoit léchantillon et une partie inférieure le libère dans une chambre optique ou reçoit un liquide à mélanger avec léchantillon pour produire un échantillon modifié qui est libéré dans la chambre optique. Le sang excédentaire dans la chambre optique est reçu dans un conduit de chambre post-optique. La chambre optique facilite linterrogation de léchantillon par rayonnement électromagnétique. La cartouche comprend également une ou plusieurs pistes qui attachent par glissement un capuchon coulissant au corps de cartouche, lequel capuchon recouvre également le puits de stockage. La cartouche comprend également au moins un évent et un moyen de déplacer léchantillon hors du puits pour le verser dans la chambre optique.
