Abstract

la présente invention comprend préférentiellement un système et un procédé permettant de faire fonctionner et/ou de positionner un ensemble lance et buse par rapport à un bain de métal fondu dans un réservoir. Spécifiquement, au moins un capteur de température est disposé à proximité d'une pointe de l'ensemble lance et buse et au moins un capteur de température est disposé sur ou dans le réservoir. Une unité de traitement est configurée pour recevoir au moins un signal provenant de chacun des capteurs de température, traiter les signaux pour déterminer la position active de l'ensemble lance et buse par rapport au bain métallique, et déplacer l'ensemble lance et buse vers une position préférée, ce qui correspond à une étape de fonctionnement dans le réservoir.
