Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé amélioré d'analyse des cheveux basé sur des images de microscope des cheveux en lumière polarisée. Le procédé est caractérisé par une phase de conditionnement des cheveux réalisée dans un récipient fait de polyéthylène ou d'un polymère qui est dans une position inférieure à celle du polyéthylène dans la série triboélectrique; ceci est suivi d'une phase de test capillaire dans laquelle des images de microscope à lumière polarisée des cheveux, mises en contact avec une huile de térébenthine, sont prises puis traitées à l'aide d'un procédé de séparation pour obtenir des informations sur la quantité d'analytes présents dans les cheveux. De manière avantageuse, le présent procédé montre une précision élevée même en présence de mouvements accidentels appliqués au microscope/échantillon à analyser, comme il s'en produit éventuellement pendant la pratique quotidienne du laboratoire. De manière avantageuse, la précision élevée est maintenue lorsque différents opérateurs sont impliqués dans la procédure, étant ainsi sensiblement non affectés par différentes manières de manipuler/préparer/photographier l'échantillon de cheveux. Une nouvelle procédure d'analyse de cheveux à base de lumière polarisée est ainsi proposée, répondant à des demandes commerciales pour une grande précision et une praticité manuelle accrue.
