Abstract
L'utilisation de (S)-bupropion énantiomériquement enrichi ou d'un métabolite connexe en forme posologique est décrite. Le (S)-bupropion en forme posologique peut ne pas être enrichi de deutérium. Ces formes posologiques peuvent servir à l'administration orale pour traiter une condition, comme un trouble neuropsychiatrique, un rhume ou la toux, soulager la douleur, la dépendance ou une condition traitable à l'aide du (S)-bupropion pour atteindre un certain niveau de plasma ou paramètre pharmacocinétique d'un bupropion ou d'un métabolite du bupropion, et/ou améliorer les niveaux de plasma de dextrométhorphane. L'utilisation peut comprendre des dosages et/ou des fréquences de dosage en particulier.
