Abstract

Il est décrit des systèmes et des méthodes permettant dutiliser de la vapeur superchauffée dans un procédé de récupération dhydrocarbures comme les procédés de récupération du bitume ou du pétrole lourd utilisant de la vapeur, comme le procédé de drainage gravitaire en présence de vapeur (SAGD) ou le procédé de stimulation cyclique par la vapeur deau (CSS). Un réseau dalimentation en vapeur comprenant un dispositif de mesure de la température, un dispositif de mesure de la pression et un équipement de ventilation - comme un désurchauffeur, un échangeur de chaleur, une alimentation de solvant à chauffer ou toute autre alimentation de fluide pouvant être utilisée ou pouvant interagir avec une alimentation de vapeur surchauffée dans le but den contrôler la température - peut être mis en application. Les dispositifs de mesure de la température et de la pression peuvent être positionnés au niveau de la tête de puits ou au bas dun fond de trou de puits. Léquipement de ventilation peut se trouver à la source de la vapeur surchauffée ou à proximité de celle-ci - comme dans une installation de traitement centrale ou dans une zone de puits disposant dun tel puits ou à proximité de celle-ci. Le réseau dalimentation en vapeur peut être utilisé dans le but dajuster, de contrôler ou de peaufiner la vapeur surchauffée, dans le but datteindre une qualité de vapeur voulue.
