Abstract

La présente invention concerne, entre autres, des compositions et des méthodes pour le traitement d'un cancer chimiorésistant (cancer du sein). Lesdites méthodes consistent à administrer à un sujet qui en a besoin une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'un agent chimiothérapeutique et d'un antagoniste de ROR-1. L'invention concerne en outre des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant un agent chimiothérapeutique, un antagoniste de ROR-1 et un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Dans certains modes de réalisation, l'agent chimiothérapeutique est paclitaxel et l'antagoniste de ROR-1 est le cirmtuzumab.
