Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de constructions tissulaires comprenant deux régions distinctes ou plus, chacune comprenant une population ou une lignée cellulaire différente. Le procédé consiste à utiliser un substrat support ou un ensemble substrat comprenant deux régions physiquement distinctes ou plus, les deux régions physiquement distinctes ou plus du substrat support ou de l'ensemble substrat étant différentes l'une de l'autre ; et à déposer/positionner une ou plusieurs cellules sur le substrat support ou l'ensemble substrat. Les cellules peuvent former une monocouche continue pourvue d'au moins deux zones, par exemple une zone proliférative et une zone non proliférative, qui peuvent agir en tant que modèles intestinaux in vitro. Les modèles sont bidimensionnels, facilitant ainsi une imagerie rapide et facile. L'invention porte également sur des systèmes comprenant les constructions tissulaires et sur des procédés d'utilisation des constructions pour étudier les effets de produits pharmaceutiques, de produits nutraceutiques et de métabolites sur des cellules intestinales.
