La présente invention concerne un conjugué de médicament spécial ayant une jonction de stabilisation acide hydrophile. Par comparaison avec un conjugué ayant une charge de médicament inférieure, du fait de l'introduction de la jonction de stabilisation acide, le conjugué de la présente invention peut également avoir une charge de médicament plus élevée (qui est, chaque réactif ciblé a des jonctions de médicament plus hydrophiles), maintient une propriété PK souhaitée et présente une activité identique ou meilleure dans un corps.
