Abstract

Un dispositif et une méthode sont décrits pour une séparation par flottation rapide à circulation forcée, qui est applicable pour la flottation de particules grossières de minerai ou de charbon. Le dispositif comprend un mécanisme de transmission, un réservoir de flottation, un système de flottation rapide et un système de circulation forcée. Un cône tronqué inversé se trouve sous le réservoir de flottation et un réservoir à mousse se trouve au-dessus du réservoir de flottation, qui comprend un tube à décharge de concentré. Un plateau de tamisage est placé dans le cylindre au niveau du réservoir à mousse. Le système de circulation forcée est configuré dans le cône tronqué inversé du réservoir de flottation. Des plaques d'orientation de circulation sont placées entre le système de circulation forcée et le plateau de tamisage. Le mécanisme de transmission est au-dessus du réservoir de flottation. Le système de circulation forcée comprend un cylindre d'orientation de circulation supérieur, une roue de propulsion, un stator de dispersion, une roue de minéralisation centrifuge et un dispositif d'orientation de circulation inférieur.
