Abstract

L'invention concerne un masque facial qui comprend un corps de masque comportant des ouvertures ; une vanne d'expiration positionnée à l'intérieur de l'une des ouvertures du corps de masque ; un ensemble harnais conçu pour s'étendre autour de la tête de l'utilisateur ; une première sangle fixée à l'ensemble harnais, un dispositif de retenue de sangle positionné sur le corps de masque et disposé sur la vanne d'expiration, le dispositif de retenue de sangle étant conçu pour recevoir la première sangle ; et un dispositif de protection de vanne. La première sangle possède des surfaces avant et arrière, les surfaces avant et arrière délimitant une seconde épaisseur entre elles. Le dispositif de protection de vanne est positionné entre la première sangle et la vanne d'expiration et comporte une première surface conçue pour venir en prise avec la vanne d'expiration et une seconde surface, en regard de la première surface. La première et la seconde surface délimitent une première épaisseur entre elles de telle sorte qu'un espacement entre la première sangle et le dispositif de retenue de sangle régule le frottement entre la première sangle et la surface avant du dispositif de retenue de sangle.
